PCMC – PCMC, the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation is going to spend a total amount of Rs 377 crore to for the construction of 3,664 affordable housing units at Charholi, Ravet and Moshi under the Central Government’s ambitious scheme i.e. Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY).

The Joint City Engineer of Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC), Rajan Patil has informed that the Union government’s central sanctioning and monitoring committee has given the approval to the detailed project report for the scheme. He stated that the bids will be invited in December and the actual construction work is expected to start in February 2018.

Previously, the civic body had offered the applications for the projects to be implemented under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in order to gauge the demand for affordable housing units. A sperate survey of the slums will be conducted in order to estimate the number of people in need of such housing units.

The civic body is going to construct a total number of 9,458 housing units at 10 locations in the city. A total number of 1,442 housing units is going to be constructed in Charholi, 934 houses in Ravet at an expense of Rs 241.6 crore.

Besides this, a total number of 896 housing units is going to be constructed Dudulgaon and 840 in Dighi. Additionally, a total number of 1,288 housing units will be constructed at Borhadewadi in Moshi at an expense of Rs 135.90 crore and a total of 500 housing units will be built at two places in Pimpri, while another 500 housing units in Akurdi.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin Beneficiaries List – 2018: केंद्रीय सरकार ने सभी को आवास देने के उद्देश्य प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) और प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना – ग्रामीण की शुरुआत की। जिसके माध्यम से ग्रामीण और शहरी गरीब लोगो को घर मिल सके। प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना – ग्रामीण योजना के अंतर्गत सरकार ने वर्ष 2017-18 में  51 लाख घरों के निर्माण करवाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया है। इसके अलावा सरकार ने 2019 तक 1 करोड़ घरों का लक्ष्य रखा है। इस योजना के अंतर्गत सरकार ने घरो के निर्माण की समय सीमा में भी परिवर्तन किया है। जिसमे निर्माण की अवधि 18-36 महीनों से घटाकर 6-12 महीनों कर दी गई है।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना – ग्रामीण का मुख्य उद्देश्य

हालाँकि पहले यह योजना इंदिरा आवास योजना के नाम से चल रही थी। जिसका बाद में नाम बदल कर प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना – ग्रामीण कर दिया गया। इस योजना योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य सभी ग्रामीण गरीब लोगो को आवास प्रदान करना है। जिसमे सरकार वर्ष 2016-17 से 2018-19 तक इन तीन वर्षो में उन एक करोड़ परिवारों को इस योजना का लाभ पहुचना है, जो लोग बेघर या कच्चे/जीर्ण-शीर्ण मकानों में रह रहे है।

Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has come up with its JDA Jaipur Baxawala New Housing Scheme 2017. This time, the authority is offering residential houses for Economical Weaker Section (EWS) category people.  As per the scheme, these flats will be allotted in village Baxawala Sanganer Jaipur.

However, the registration process of the scheme will start from 1st December 2017 while the last date of registration is 31st December 2017. This time, the authority is offering total 27 residential flats. These flats are available in the size of 22.94 square meters while the size of an independent house is 30.40 square meter. In this new housing scheme 2017, the flats are available at the price of between Rs. 1.91 lakh to Rs. 3.63 lakh. At the time of registration, the applicants will have to deposit Rs. 10,000/- as a registration amount.

The registration process of the scheme is completely online. After the completion of the registration process, these flats will be allotted through the lottery system.

PM Awas Yojana Lucknow LDA is going to construct 2500 flats under the PM Awas Yojana Lucknow. These flats will be constructed in Balaganj and Basantkunj area of the capital. In addition, a subsidy of 2.50 lakh rupees will be given to these flats by the Central and State Government. PK Singh, Executive Engineer, Nodal Officer of the PM scheme said, “So far 1100 people have applied for the accommodation, applications have been sought by December 10. The construction of the first phase will be completed by March of next year. ”

Design of the Flats Under PM Awas Yojana Lucknow

– There will be 2 room sets in this scheme. There is a provision a f kitchen, toilet, bathroom and a balcony.

-In addition, a contribution of Rs 1.5 lakh will be given from the Central Government per building and a grant of Rs 1.50 lakh from the State Government. Under this, the buildings will be built in Affordable Housing in Partnership.

– Action plan for constructing 430 in Balaganj and 2070 houses in Basantankun has been prepared. Now its number can be increased.

1100 Applications Received in LDA

– Last week, 1100 application forms had been submitted in the LDA for PM Awas Yojana. This application will run till December 10. After this, demand survey will be conducted by SUDA.

– The LDA has been given the target of 12 thousand under the PM Awas Yojana in the city from the Housing Department. The cost of 2 sets of rooms will be 4.50 lakh rupees.

GST will also be given to beneficiaries

– A subsidy of 2.50 lakhs will be given by the Government of India and the State Government for the flats being constructed under the PM Awas Yojana. In addition to the subsidy, all eligible persons will have to deposit 2 lakhs for each building.

According to the rules on the value of the building, GST will also be given to the beneficiary person.

Eligibility Criteria for PM Awas Yojana Lucknow

– SUDA will select those people who live in the slum areas. Houses will be allotted on the lines of first, come, first serve. There will be an online random selection.

– Housing will be given to people who do not have land.

– besides this, the subsidy will also be given to those who have their own land in this scheme. But those under land less than 300 square feet will not be included.

DDA Rohini Residential Plot Scheme 1981: After the successful completion of DDA Housing Scheme 2017. DDA likely to give the allotment of DDA Rohini Residential Plot Scheme 1981 to the 14,000 applicants in the next year March 2018. DDA is expecting that the basic civic development works will complete before starting the allotment process.

In order to complete this process, DDA will issue allotment-cum-demand letters to the 14,352 allottees next year 2018. The basic infrastructure of the scheme such as sewage, water, electricity and roads will complete before allotment.

However, this scheme was launched in 1981 but most of the allottees are waiting for allotment of their plots and some died. Under DDA Rohini Residential Plot Scheme 1981, DDA had offered 1,17,000 plots of EWS, LIG, MIG and Janta category plots. DDA had received about 82,384 application form general public.

About 25,000 plots already allotted in 2015. This time, DDA is expecting to complete the allotment process of DDA Residential Plot Scheme 1981. Besides, DDA will also issue demand-cum-allotment letters of 14,352 allottees.

BDA Rental Housing Complexes – BDA, the Bhubaneswar Development Authority is going to build two rental housing complexes for the migrant construction workers of the area. The location of this project is Shampur and Chandrasekharpur respectively. A total amount of Rs. 5.64 crores will be spent on this project. Besides this, this projects holds the capacity to shelter 200 workers.

Complexes under this project will have all the basic amenities such as toilets, mass kitchen, common dining hall and drinking water supply facilities apart from provision for health-care service. Besides this, BDA has already invited tenders for the construction of the rental housing complexes. Apart from this, it would be a part of the State Government’s ambitious initiative of providing housing for all and the migrant workers. It includes those workers coming for construction work from different regions of Odisha. Such workers will be benefitted from this project.

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha Shri Naveen Patnaik inaugurated a Social Equity Centre in the heart of the city, at Kharavel Nagar on the auspicious occasion of Labour Day. This Social Equity Centre under Project Kutumb will be developed as a 200-bed rental housing in Unit-3, Kharavel Nagar, Bhubaneswar, as a part of the Smart City Proposal. The state government of Odishafunds this project through the Odisha Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board and comes under the area of the Bhubaneswar Town Centre District.

Under this integrated housing of Bhuwneshwar Development Authority at Kharvel Nagar have rental housing units for construction workers of 200 beds along with an Aahar Centre (subsidized cooked meal), Water ATM with RO purified water and other required amenities.

BDA Bareilly Ramganga Nagar Awasiya Yojana Sector-1 – Recently, the Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) has released an official notification. According to this notification, all the eligible applicants who have applied under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana under the “Affordable Housing in Partnership” for EWS Houses which are previously marked by Suda / Duda that the Bareilly Development Authority (BDA) has constructed 3 Stroried 110 LIG Houses under BDA Bareilly Ramganga Nagar Awasiya Yojana Sector-1, Vyom Khand.

Uttar Pradesh Kisan Uday Yojana: Uttar Pradesh Government has decided to launch Kisan Uday Yojana for farmers in Uttar Pradesh. The state government plan is to provide energy efficient pumps sets of different capacities. However, the main purpose of the scheme is to save energy. Under this scheme, the government will provide 10 lakh pumps to the farmers till 2022.

This scheme will help the farmers to save energy and the government will achieve the target of “Power for All”. In this scheme, the farmers will receive energy efficient pumps sets. These pumps will fully equip with modern technology where farmers can turn the pump on or off through their cell phones. Besides, the farmers will also get free of cost maintenance of pumps for 5 years.

In a real manner, Uttar Pradesh Kisan Uday Yojana will help to reduce the unwanted expense in agriculture. Besides, it will also increase the income of the farmers. This scheme is launched on 23 December 2017.
